When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 48 hours and ship free in the US with a tracking link sent by email. Delivery time depends on your location.
Will anyone know what’s in the package?

How do I get a refund?
Email info@ultrabann.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number. We reply with the return address, and refund you within 5 business days of receiving the product, even if your first bottle was opened.
My package arrived damaged or incomplete.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible and we refund you in full.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. We ship to Canada and other countries, with rates shown at checkout. In Haiti, you can also buy from an authorized seller.
